2024 Spring CurtainUp Kids NYC Online Registration Form

To register, submit this Form for each child registering and choose tuition payment option 1 or 2 below:

OPTION 1 - Pay with a credit card through the secure Paypal page on the Registration page. Credit Card Paypal option is not available for Sibling or New Student discount tuitions. Please pay these discounted tuitions with check or money order - see option 2.

OPTION 2 - Pay by check or money order. Call or email to request mailing address.

Once you have completed the Registration Form, click the "Send Form" button at the bottom of this page. To start over, click the "Reset Form" button.

You will receive Confirmation of Enrollment when both the Registration Form and tuition payment have been received. Thank you for registering your child.
